Once again we have been asked the delay question many times today and we just want to clear it up.
The snow for the most part is over, and now its up to the plow crews. The roads are currently snow covered / slushy but the plow crews have 10 plus hours before the morning commute. This is not a weather prediction, but our guess is that they should have it cleaned up by then. Since its not a storm forecast, your guess is as good as ours.
The storm itself played out just as we thought. Showery snow during the school day to a light accumulation in the afternoon. We didn't get our early dismissal, but we warned people in school that the only reason we would get out would be to avoid the snow around the 2:30 dismissal. We had around an inch, which falls between the trace to 3 we predicted. So overall we predicted this storm accurately.
