midnight update

with the heavy bands of snow over the w-b-scranton area i am moving the snow totals back to the what i said in the first place 3-6 inches. we already have heavy snow and it will continue throughout the night. it did not mix like the data said at noon. this shows how sometimes the forecast the day before is better then the one 6 hours before. well thats all for tonight. send snow totals by commenting under this post. i will then put them on a page. just leave your city and snow amount.
