Well I wasted my time yesterday talking abut if we would get a delay or not. I was shockingly surprised to see Wilkes - Barre Area CLOSED. I guess this is the best way to be wrong. We were only about 60%-70% sure of a delay. I thought it was less then 10% chance of a closing. My roads are wet, maybe side roads are worse? I always go off complaining about how the valley schools always stay open, but today was obviously different. ENJOY THE DAY OFF!
Storm on Tuesday. Track and strength of storm are key in forecasting this. This storm could a major rain storm or a mixed storm OR storm that drops 1-2 feet of snow, 40-50 mph winds, and several days off. Can you say blizzard of 2009? As we get closer we will iron out the details.
